At Liavpaints, all products are handcrafted or designed with care. Please review our policies before placing an order.

Production times may vary depending on complexity. You will receive updates throughout the process. The production time for custom trainers is approximately 2-3 weeks, while custom rugs take 3-4 weeks.

For shipping, UK orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days. Clothing, prints and colouring books are usually shipped within 3-5 days. Please note that Liavpaints is not responsible for delays caused by couriers.

To place an order, customers must first submit their request via Instagram DM or through the website. Once the design and pricing are confirmed, production begins after the deposit is received for custom items. The final payment must be completed before shipping.

A 50% deposit is required to secure custom orders, and this deposit is non-refundable once production starts. The remaining balance must be paid before the item is shipped. Payments can be made via paypal or bank transfer, and clothing, prints and colouring books must be paid for in full at checkout.

If customers would like Liavpaints to source the base trainers for customisation, the cost of the trainers will be added to the total price.

Cancellations are only eligible for a refund if production has not yet started. Once work has begun, the deposit becomes non-refundable to cover material costs and labour.
